Tom Anthony is the Director of University of Southern California Safety and Security Program, Lead Instructor for the Aviation Security course and an ICAO Instructor in Aviation Security. He is also the Project Manager for DMJM H&N of AECOM Technology Corporation on airport and spaceport projects.

Tom retired as TSA Federal Security Director and had previously been FAA Regional Division Manager for Civil Aviation Security (Western Pacific Region), FAA Headquarters Investigation Branch Manager and had spent seven years in air traffic.
