Any requested cancellations must be in writing by facsimile or email summit@chc.ca. No verbal cancellations will be accepted. Before January 26, 2009 Summit participants will receive a 100% refund of their registration fee, less the processing fee of $125 CAD. From January 26, 2009 to February 27, 2009, Summit participants will receive a 50% refund, less the processing fee of $125 CAD. As of February 27, 2009 only substitutions will be granted (meaning that the original attendee may send a colleague in their place.) This must be requested in writing by facsimile or email summit@chc.ca. No refunds will be given as of February 27, 2009.
