Early Bird Registration (from December 1 - 31)       is $999.00 + HST(12%)

Regular Registration Price (from January 1, 2012)  is $1099.00 + HST(12%)

One ticket to the gala dinner is included with the registration (additional tickets can be purchased with your registration)

Tickets for the Gala dinner are also available to people not attending the 2012 Summit for $250 + HST.  Please see the registration pages for details.

Cancellation Policy
